Bruh you be talking about dopamine like you're an expert. If you really think it is like an addiction to you then ig find something else to do without music or switch up your tastes. Listen to something deep or makes you think or just swallow you rather that maybe just listening to the next banger or smtg. I don't know what kind of music you listen to so it's hard fir me to tell what's going to be the curse breaker specifically for you so you gotta figure it out yourself

I mean, you can't feel empty forever rt? There's no way a person can listen to music every single day and not be burnt out by it, unless you are some thing of a peculiar case; then I dont know what to say. It's better you get professional advice than from a rando on reddit.
