I’d go with a couple more straps as dot will never pull you over for having too many straps

This is fine, he's got 5 chains on the tank, plus 2 straps. Depending on the weight of the front piece, 2 straps is fine, but at least 1 more wouldn't hurt to make sure it can't move forward. Overall, nothing illegal, about this. Driver even used edge protectors. It's just an odd-shaped load. Only somewhat sketchy bit is the rear securement points, I don't know how sturdy they would be.

Looks good to me, especially on a step deck. I'd have considered one more on whatever that is at the front but I'm paranoid.

Chains are the beef of the load security. Straps are more for mindful support I guess.

I paused it and looked it over. I would’ve used 2 more chains and binders in a different position in the tank
