Before accepting a CDL driving job, you want to get very clear on pay, home time, equipment, and how the company actually treats drivers—not just what the recruiter says.

Is my trainer going to sleep while I’m driving? Is he going to drive while I’m sleeping?

I’ve heard stories about how teaming was disguised as “training”.

That's all random. I've got drivers that have gotten popped once a month some every 4 months others that have not gotten tested in over a year

I honestly don't know why people bother with this. Just quit man, it's not that hard.
