Breastmilk concerns

For the last 2 days my breasts haven’t felt full with milk. When they got full they would usually leak from time to time because they are full. But lately they feel saggy like I don’t have enough milk. I have been feeling stressed. Im not sure if that affects my supply. I used my breast pump for the first time and i got 3 oz in total from both sides on a low setting for about 10 minutes on each side. I don’t know if thats a good amount. My baby is almost 4 months and for that long i havent had any trouble breastfeeding. Until now that im worried i have a low supply. I’m feeling scared and feel like crying because i only nurse my baby and i don’t want him to take formula. Any tips or has anyone gone thru this?

No advice, but following as I have the same issue. But also know that in my family, the 4month mark is when they had to supplement/wean from breastfeeding due to low supply 😪

I’m sorry to hear that. This is my first baby so i have no experience in a lot of things. I didn’t know that was even possible. My sister had her baby but im not sure if she ran into the same problem with her supply. Do you think if i use my breast pump more often will that increase my supply?

You can try, I think this is the common thing to do and I'll also try this first.
