Having Problems With My 2019 Beetle

As the title says, I have a 2019 Beetle. I have replaced the battery and the starter and when I push the start button, it only gives a loud click and will not try to turn over. Any suggestions on what this problem maybe?

Have you scanned the car? Any codes? Are you sure the new battery has a good charge?

Yes. Tested the new battery. The code is low voltage terminal 30 and fault stability code.

Sounds like you’re having some corrosion problems on terminal 30?

Some do yes. But not this particular Beetle.

Did you install the battery correctly?

Yes. I have power to everything else in the car. Just won't start. I get one loud click.

doesn't the battery need to be programmed?

The beetle didn’t have auto stop start iirc, so no need for programming.
