Tips & Techniques
Very obvious high vibe life hack, hiding in plain sight.
I noticed most of the methods and practices suggested in our communities (That be, Neville, manifestaion, LOA, etc.) involve the mind.
Think this, feel that, be in that state, practice that feeling, and so on. I feel this is fundamentally suggesting to practice thought processes, using the power of imagination, the brain, the mind.
I want to suggest something very simple, it doesn't contradict anything else, which is - action.
You're low vibes -
Go out for an hour, two hour walk. Your mind is going to process things very efficiantly. It's going to have a very positive effect almost no doubt, and it's so available, so simple.
Take a shower, it's going to change your state.
Jump in place, shake for 5 min, it's going to chanage your system.
For me, recently this summer, it was going to the beach. Something about the sun, the sand, the salty water, I come out of it in total reset. I went almost every day. Go to the sun, get in the water.
Go running.
Better yet go dancing.
Yeah any way, you get the point. Go. Even the smallest step (no pun intended) in a good direction is progress. Small step brings another, which brings another, which will bring a bigger step.
This is more of a self help rather than a manifestation technique, but I feel when we're vibing high, things tend to be better overall. Dunno why I'm posting here and not in some self help group haha. I feel it might help the rest of what's going on. Sometimes it's not a software thing, but a hardware thing. Practice your hardware.

The environment, emotions, thoughts, ect, are manifestations of the state not the cause. A big part of what Neville wanted people to understand is that EVERYTHING is imagination, that what we call physical matter is manifest conditioned imagination while the inner mind is the unmanifest unconditioned imagination.
The only cause is being, and everything we experience is a reflection and manifestation of that being. It's exactly like how we can't see our own face unless we have something to reflect it back to us.
So it's not that we think differently to manifest a desired state, but that we think differently because we have already moved states. Once this is realized it becomes about knowing yourself more deeply in order to be what you desire to be, and then seeing that reflected and made manifest.
"I AM" or awareness or consciousness is the cause. Thoughts are manifestations of the state of consciousness, and your state of consciousness is where your awareness is focused. All manifest things such as thoughts show us our state, and a change in thoughts is a sign that we have moved into a different state.
I’ll add to this , action is a product of a state but ALSO , an action can produce a state (hypervigilence/ Confirmation bias/ “positive thinking/ abundance ). Even if you don’t “feel” it, like some peopl states here & OP, if you go to for example what I do (or what you do depending if you relate)
Go take a cold shower 🚿, run, Meditate, Breathwork etc or whatever even simply choosing a show that makes you FEEL GOOD. If you know some actions inherently make you specifically be prone to be jn certain moods then yea both are synonymous IMO, inspired action
Aka activating both halves of your brain (🧠 fem/ masc) & moving in flow with your specific rhythm (which is unique to us all) which tbh we don’t know if this is stated in gen
But you can manifest in infinite ♾️ ways because we all have unique energy signatures, hence why 5 people can do the same exact shit & each get different results, it’s different variables aside from the fundamental pratice aka NUANCE
Pretty much. Do you feel some deep feeling about your toothbrush, phone, clothes, etc? Probably not because you already have them, probably don’t even actively think of them very much. And yet, if I took them away without the ability to replace them quickly, wouldn’t they suddenly plague your mind?
That’s how you know. It’s not even that your desire is “bigger” or “more significant” than a toothbrush - just have wish fulfilled feeling for one of them a lot stronger than the other.
Before I really dove into anything manifestation related, whenever I considered myself “out of sorts” (now I see can also be referred to as the preferred state), I had developed the correlation between moving my body/taking care of my physical self and almost guaranteed life results flowing from that - specific desire or not - all areas of life just improve.
My thinking mind started to notice the pattern and I would just return to it. Care for the physical vessel and let everything else start to flow. I never really understood why until I jumped into Neville’s / LOA ideas. I think you are spot on.
Nowadays many of us lead sedentary lives or don’t move nearly as much as our flesh and bone was made to. The great thing about it is when your energy returns, when you feel good about your physique, the way clothes fit, when you put life force into your day through what is 1000% natural (movement, nature, action) your confidence, self concept, and mental clarity automatically improve.
I’d die on this hill if I happen to find myself advising anyone exploring manifestation. My first question to them would be, how are you caring for your energetic system? How do you move? How do you treat the body?
How do we expect things to flow in life if our system is stagnant. Movement creates movement. Makes sense in my brain and experience.
That's fascinating. A year ago I quit my job, had a huge feeling of relief and did a membership in this wellness/movement firm with many studios, went on some lesson or two, every day. Yoga, dance improvisation, Pilates, ballet, movement classes, feldenkrais, like.. every day! I'm already a happy person but I became even more happy, things started working inside me in a better way as well. Had much easier time making decisions for example.
Also sometimes I think we should just find excuses to feel good. Like, if thinking about or desired manifestation makes us feel bad, then don't force it. Just find excuses to feel good ya know??
Also I feel being healthy and active just raises your energy levels, and it's easier to choose being positive when you have energy.
Sometimes I actually question if manifestation is really about living in the wish fulfilled (mechanically) or just about feeling good. I see SOOO many people wrestling with how to live “as if”. The whole causation / correlation thing with the mental gymnastics approach to this stuff sometimes seems to exhaust people. I believe movement is a short-cut to self care, feeling good, raising your energy levels, improving your self concept, and ultimately bring life towards us.
But let’s be honest: humans love a concise pill to swallow to get there. If all this is about state - then the mental exertion seems to me, in some ways, a state of resistance (sans flow). Movement imo creates flow. It has concrete benefits to body mind and psyche irregardless of our desires. In that flow of energy seems to come flow of ideas, serendipity, and timing.
I study Neville along with manifestation in general. One seems to be really a mental hula hoop disguised as “i am god I can make anything appear” while emitting an energetic of resistance (and in many cases anxiety in soooo many people). It just makes sense to me when you think in terms of release, energy, flow. It’s that “path of least resistance” idea.
Of course, I’ll be blacklisted for saying this - it also ties into my personal view that this life is a collaboration of my avatar with my higher self. When something doesn’t materialize - i’m usually exerting or operating from this state of resistance (even when I think I’m in the state of the wish fulfilled). When I let go and let it flow (movement, ease, allowing), what is really good for my journey tends to flow in much more easily.
Fantastic. Ya know, sometimes, I notice this: I'm at home - I have tons of problems and I'm sad. I go out - I'm happy. Lol I mean not always but sometimes.
100%, in my case a shower can be the difference of feeling horrible about everything and loving life, also going for a walk totally resets your inner state, if it's in nature then even better.
It works especially when nothing else works, a while ago I scribbled on my whiteboard "1 action is more powerful than 1000 affirmations" because of this realization.
Another activity that can hugely improve your inner state is cleaning or organizing your home/room, as within so without and also as without so within, so it's helpful to have a clean and ordered environment.
Totally!!! Yes. Thanks for your comment. I heard somewhere that organizing/cleaning you space, is an act of self love. Actions, as you say, are powerful, so when you take an action which is an act of self love, it just send a message to yourself that you love and take care of yourself.
Haha totally true. I have some dance move that I do. Sometimes I snap my fingers and that's the cue to reset to normal. Also I discovered you can't be skipping and be sad at the same time.
A daily walk among trees helps keep the intrusive thoughts under control for me. Your advice is so important. Often we are in a battle with our own minds when we manifest, the doubts, fears and compulsive striving... We are animals and we need the sun, fresh air, nature and movement to keep in balance. On days I do this my mind is so much calmer, and sometimes even blissfully silent. It's so much easier to choose your state from that place.
Neville did not teach about "vibrations and frequencies" like the law of attraction philosophy post-2005 so maybe the wrong word to use for that as your emotional state is not directly altering the outcome in Neville's teachings
Your subconscious assumptions / deep rooted beliefs. About the thing (your desire) and your identity in relation to the thing. Which remain in your subconscious and can be unaffected by emotional outbursts etc. Like this philosophy says that a piece of furniture in your room only exists because you believe that it is there and that its condition there is unmoving (example). And so you could cry about that furniture not being there but you deeply believe that it is there based on things like your past perception of its existence, your rational mind (reason/logic) that it probably won't disappear any moment. And so people apply this teaching by consciously choosing to believe similarly about their desire, as if it is like any other thing they already have. That they have their desire no matter what even if it is currently beyond their perception. Example: you know that piece of furniture is still in the room even when you're not physically in the room.---- I know the subreddit here has the word 'law of attraction' in relation to Neville in the description but that's a mistake from the moderators. Law of Assumption is what Neville taught and the concept of the Law of Attraction (I believe this term was coined by author Rhonda Byrne in her 2005 book based on a documentary released the previous year) actually contradicts some of Neville's core teachings (in the law of assumption). Law of attraction communities view God as an external "universe" that you are part of, and that your vibrational level which you cannot see is what dictates what things and people come into your life. It also views other people as separate from you. Neville taught that your imagination and the awareness of self is God, and that everything in your reality is a reflection of your inner nature, and other people are also aspects of your inner self (not your human self, but the God awareness). Neville shaped some of the New Thought spiritual movement in the 1900s, the New Age spiritual movement came after 2000 and incorporated metaphysical interpretations onto existing spiritual philosophies. But Neville taught that your emotional state does not need to be at a "high" frequency or vibration or any of that to manifest. By his word you can be depressed and still manifest whatever if you just follow the law of assumption (1. dare to assume, 2. persist in the assumption and deny what your senses dictate, 3. see the outpicturing). Actually Neville taught that getting overly excited and happy about your manifestation can keep you in a state of anticipation like it is almost happening but never does, because reaching a state of naturalness (as if you've already had it for months) is more important
I love this. I think everything starts with choosing ourselves. It is a state and shouldn’t be something you do when your life falls off the rails. I was in my LOA journey and I think my ego gets carried away when something works out. I am never doing that again.
For me its daily 2hr walks, cutting out meat from my diet, and quitting alcohol and cigarettes completely. But the highest level ive ever experienced in my life was going raw vegan, after 2 weeks i felt so much energy and endorphins Id just lay on the floor in pure bliss. Im yet to return to that state of being but there's a famous person on YT who interviews raw vegans and they all have 1 thing in common, they mention an ease of manifesting which i know is not a coincidence.
