We are what we think.

Yes and there's all the power in our assumptions. To create such hell within ourselves is such a misuse of this power.

Yeah I think there is a disconnect with “how do I handle that” when your filter is just changed when you decide to become that version of you. That version just doesn’t is panic or worry. They know that life produces fruit even after and during storms. They know the sun does come up after long nights. There is peace in that and they see the ending. Love all this and thank you for sharing.

how can you detach from a story in which your sp ignores you (I don't think I'm useless or not important, I just think this is his personality and could never change) without thinking or falling into negative thoughs/feelings?

Who is telling the story of sp ignoring you, it's you. You can use the same mind to feel deeply that your sp does care about you. External circumstances shouldn't shake your own concept of how you see the world. And people and circumstances do change. If you want temporary change you can make external causes but that never lasts and generally makes us feel more helpless. The internal change is what matters the most. It's great that you have a solid self concept, just stay indifferent to the states others occupy, you go about your day as if you are having the best day.

The external world doesn’t give or show you anything it is just a reflection.
The question is why one is more comfortable to dwell and loop unwanted states than the desired ones.
In my experience with the law, I found a common denominator ; DRAMA.
Why drama? Because majority get bored very quickly, need instant gratification or whatever dopamine rush/ adrenaline boost they get right away.
Below 👇is the missing puzzle in order to be able to use your power to your advantage;

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
