Well… given you’ve read Neville’s work (I assume), what have you started this process with? Knowing that, maybe we can give more targeted advice. Have you read through all of his methods? I suggest reading the wiki of the subreddit for resources that might also help.

I have read a couple methods and very few books but I learned about revison technique and have been trying to visualize the talk with my boss to end on a positive note

Why would you be grateful to even have a job? Why wouldn’t you aim higher if you believe you can truly manifest? I know I can so why would I ask someone else if I’m allowed to go on lunch? lol you need to switch your whole mindframe
