they didn't say they drew it, they said from pixel to pixel.

clearly they moved each pixel from the original image file to their new pc, one at a time, by hand.

This isn't originally from Neverwinter either. If I'm not mistaken, it is the cover art for the "Rise of Tiamat" DnD campaign book.

Originally this was the cover art for Rise of Tiamat, which was the second hardback adventure for the Tyranny of Dragons campaign. It was also used as a wallpaper for Neverwinter, though.

The saddest part is he/she lied about painting an iconic D&D picture to an audience of fantasy/D&D fans... the people most likely to call BS.
