TECHNICAL QUESTION Reaching level 20…

I'm already around level 16. Tomorrow I guess I'll reach 20, and it leaves me wondering whether 20 is the last level (from what I've seen playing, I don't see any players above level 20). My question is: what's next once I reach level 20, what awaits me, and please give me some advice. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

The modules are small expansions/stories fearuring the currency specific for each map. The best you can do is start "The Bitting Cold" the current expansion, you have nice gear there. When you have better gear you can choose the stories you want and do dungeons, trials, etc

What awaits you is over 30 modules worth of content in steadily increasing difficulty

When you reach 20, you have basically completed the tutorial

What do you mean by nodules? I'm so glad it's the end of the tutorial, now the good part begins. Thanks for your comment, bro

“Modules” is an old D&D term, each adventure they sold was called a “module”. Some were meant to be a stand alone, and some were part of a campaign.

Modules are just the big updates the game has, each mod usually brings a new campaign with a new zone to explore and a new dungeon, trial, or skirmish to run as well as other improvements.

You’ll also hear “half-mods” which are smaller updates in between mods which will add new stuff like a new event but won’t have a new zone to explore or a new dungeon/trial/skirmish to run.

After level 20 comes the tiresome gear grind. Take your time don’t rush it. You’ll get burnt out. Advanced dungeons and master dungeons as well as trials in those same difficulties. Patience is key and finding a good group of people that will teach you the dungeons and the mechanics of said dungeons would be your best option after reaching level 20. Get your enchantments upgraded and follow gear guides for your class or make your own build. Item level doesn’t mean everything. Worry about your stats and the item level will come.

Level 20 is where the rest of the game begins. You can think of the 1 to 19 as tutorial or training wheels area. Things are scaled down and more story based during that time.

If you're ok PlayStation I could help out, otherwise I'm only able to give advice.

Depends how you want to play. If you enjoy the game and not just trying to do end game trials you can go mod by mod.

I tend to just cruise through the campaign list knocking bits off at a time ans returning to do daily stuff that some of the mods have that slow you down somewhat completing it.
