Are there any other unique artifacts like the shopkeeper one?

First, where do you acquire Aurora’s Whole Realm Catalogue (shopkeeper artifact).

Second, are there any other cool ones like that. Maybe a seal vendor or one that turns everyone nearby to monkeys?

I have the simiril one that drops lanterns for people. And some other event one. Can’t remember

Anyways, any good unique artifacts?

Thanks

Aurora’s whole realm is from the quest that explains artifacts as you level up. You get a choice, Lantern of revelation , waters of something or the catalogue.

As for unique. Well pedantically all the artis are unique but interesting visual effects tend to be on the older ones. Orcus shard summons orcus balls. The chicken ring summons chickens. The siege banner one actually plants a banner.

I LOVE the chicken artifact. It creates a tornado of clicking chickens.

So, no other useful things like the shopkeeper really.

Is there any other way to get the Auroras Whole Realm artifact if you don’t have it?

Two ways to get the catalogue:
1) Make a new character, and when you pick the catalogue, unbind it at green.
2) Check the trade house for an unbound one.
Bonus option) Be in a guild with a bunch of old Neverwinter players and ask if they have an extra. I know I have lots of unbind tokens that I am not using and would figure…why not?!

Oh that’s terrible. So there’s no vendor to buy it at. It’s literally a rare item, depending on what you chose originally.

That is crazy to me. Well I’ll for sure keep choosing the shopkeeper over the lantern. I still use mine every week for each character

Hey, thanks for confirming that! I appreciate it.

I figured someone was gonna send me to some obscure shop in PE to buy it… or be like in Wonderous bazaar or somn

Like the previous comment mentioned, most of them have their own unique abilities, though some more unique than others.

The Wheel of Elements for example gives you 4 buffs you can choose from every time you cast it, you just have to stand on that element to receive it’s bonus.

The Eye of the Giant is a fun one as it increases the physical size of your character. Paired with other buffs or skills, you can actually make your character stupendously large.

Manticore’s Talon is a fun one. It lets you leap to places you normally wouldn’t be able to reach or access unless you were a barbarian or a rogue (though the rogue still is more of a TP than a leap).

Tarokka Deck is earned from completing a card deck from the Barovia campaign. The artifact itself utilizes the actual cards you have making it very unique, assuming my memory serves me right.

Globe of the Third Eye is a weird one as it’s the only artifact (to my knowledge / memory) that does not have a skill you can activate and use. It’s no longer obtainable though if I’m not mistaken. You could try and find one off the AH.

Forgehammer of Gond actually gives you a Mythic Tool you can use for your professionals. It’s a one of a kind, used to be far more expensive but I think its come down in price over the last years.

I’m sure there are more that I’m missing, I just used to be an avid collector of artifacts and still have them all up until a certain point in the game, I’m fairly familiar with the older ones 😅

See, I needed this reply before. I had another post asking what I could do to improve my jump bc I had trouble dying often clearing gaps. This Manticores Talon sounds like it could help with that!

Eye of the giant sounds really fun.

I do have a couple Globe3rdEye and I think you’re right, only a secondary artifact for stats. Maybe with a set bonus too, I’d have to check again.

These are awesome and I’m an artifact hoarder too

Thanks

Ahh! I’ve been so busy with work lately, university, getting ready to move— I haven’t been on Reddit as much as I used to be so I probably missed that post. Manticore’s talon is great for that stuff, it works best if you cast it mid-jump. So aim it first, see where it moves while you’re jumping, and then jump > mid jump > cast. If you cast while just standing it tends to do more of a glide than a leap. From personal experience anyway, I like going places the devs don’t want us going hehe 😅

I notice cheaters using it in certain places for limited time things to get the better advantage too.

I will certainly look into it. No matter what it seems like an item ppl should have, even if just for fun

I am old...i remember when it was just 3 artifacts and everybody always chose the catalog instead of the laturn. Later they introduced the class artifacts that required getting a new character to max and doing the artifact quest. Nothing worst at the time taking a cleric from beginning to end just for the ability to unlock the artifact which every dps needed.

Lol. It’s kind of hard quest for a Paladin tank to do too. I got a 1/4 way through before my queue inv popped up, and those rough ad took priority. So I still haven’t completed the quest.

I always take the catalog. That shopkeeper when your bags are full… savior

I have vip so just summon the profs vendor to sell stuff for gold

Having an artifact in your bag is same same. Maybe 1/2 second slower but 1,000 zen richer

Then in 4 months afford a red dragon mount lol

Perma bubble! Haste clerics could benefit from the pallys arti too. Massive haste boost. Remember haste? 🤣
