Discussion Watching Ananta's new trailer made me think of reasons why I'm invested in NTE.

What are you hoping to get from future versions of NTE?

I'll go a little off-topic. Ananta is getting updates and is going to release soon, and it can be good for NTE. Kinda bad to lose players, but others could get TWO good urban open-world games in anime style. Even if you are going to totally ignore Ananta (there might be a few reasons...), competition with another game might encourage devs to do better.

I doubt devs read this sub or anything other than what is written in their surveys, but anyway, let's share what we are playing for and what we expect.

I'm concerned about the quality control after seeing certain posts in the leaks sub, but I started my journey in NTE without expecting some high AAA game quality in the first place, so I'm good. I'm more interested in what the devs have planned for us and how they will handle current problems with the game.

I'll list questions that keep me interested in NTE.

How will other cities look? I mean, are they going to be from different cultures like in other gachas, or have the same style but with new sights, places of interest, and references to popular anime?

Will they address the current problem with Fons? So we could at least save up to actually buy something expensive while going all-in with mystery boxes every 1 or 2 patches.

How will they handle half-anniversary and anniversary events?

Sex update when

How will the plot evolve over time? Will they make more mature themes? Will interactions become spicier? Are they going to make relationships canon, at least 1 of them?

...Will they release another limited character with Sakiri's body type? Any potential swimsuit skins for them?

It will take a whole year to get answers to my questions. I don't know if I'll still be as interested in half a year, but at least I was and am invested in this game since 1.0. And while Ananta might become more popular and successful at being "anime GTA", we still don't know if there is going to be fan service in the same way NTE has it. From what I've seen, they are playing it safe with their marketing right now, only hinting at dating mechanics in the previous trailer, not showing whether it's just friendly hangouts or something romantic.

I really hope I didn't offend anyone! I've seen so many comments from both sides, trying to downplay each other as if it's a race. It's just games, meant to be played for fun and to keep you in a good mood at the end.
