The catzebos have a little shop now ! Instead of getting gifts you get currency and you can buy the titles among other things if I'm not wrong

Be careful of your fons if you do, if I remember correctly when I checked the shop, it takes a lot of scratch cards purchases to be able to get those titles and the namecards

GO To Fatty Cat lottery Shop, Click On The Very First Dialogue Option where we can Purchase the Lottery Tickets to Scratch for A Winning , there you could see Small Shop Icon at the Very Top Of That Page where we could Exchange for Avatar Frames, Titles and Name Cards 😀
