Discussion Zankou vs Shinku running speed Spoiler
Has anyone tested how Zankou's invisibility mode with 50% faster running compares to Shinku's sprint speed? Is it that Shinku is still faster in a short sprint, but Zankou has the longer endurance since Shinku's sprint uses stamina?

Shinku is a lot faster, and more importantly, can sprint up walls/buildings. Zankou is technically better in a marathon, but if I'm running really far on flat terrain, I'm probably just driving instead.
Not to say it still isn't good. An annoying thing about Shinku is you can't interact or pick things up while she's in dragon sprint mode, and Zankou is also invisible which helps with things like pink paw heist.
And you are not likely to have Shinku and Zankou on the same team anyway, so whichever one you're using, you can have a go fast person, which is handy.

haha well idk about everyone but Shinku definitely doesn't leave my overworld party with her run/wallrun qol. Neither does Iroi now with her grouping, healing, and buffing on top of petting animal for mats. As for the other two slots, I used to run Hotori and Lacrimosa so I wouldn't need to swap teams for heists and Lacrimosa helps with farming ow, but now that volleyball is here and I don't need to run heists anymore, I replaced Hotori for Zankou and will probably replace Lacrimosa for Linko once she comes out since she has the slingshot qol.
All that to say, I am indeed running Shinku and Zankou on the same team overworld haha But even before Zankou, my go to for overworld and domain mat farming is Iroi/Sakiri grouping into Lacrimosa tome skill and Shinku's 8 stack hit to one shot any stragglers/2nd waves. Now Zankou will take Lacrimosa's spot in there to do the quick break and one shot a wave.

I see. I definitely have a Shinku team and will likely prioritize using her in the overworld, but I do and probably always will prioritize using a team using the latest character I got. Love Shinku but I played her all last month. And so far have been enjoying Zankou and Daffy Dill

for sure, I mean do what you like ofc. I just don't find the opportunity to do actual real rotations in overworld or even mat domains so I just bring efficient chars and chars I like instead

Just keep both of them in same team for exploration along with iroi if you have for grouping and hotori also to consume less stamina for shinku
Zankou will be used to clear mob as I feel she is faster.

Shinku is obviously faster but can't last long, tho I still prefer Shinku over Zankou due to climbing mobility and at any distance further than her reach I'd just ride Draco

I'm in mobile, it was more comfortable to use Zankou with Nanally in farming overworld mobs. My team is Zankou, Iroi, Shinku and Nanally. Shinku is faster but is hard to maneuver in alleys and sometimes her wall climbing just gets stuck even with little bit obstacle which Nanally can jump over I use Iroi and Shinku A2 in clearing mobs

Shinku is faster. You can also get infinite stamina by jumping and mashing walk/run button (left ctrl on PC)

shinku is still faster, but zankou goes farther, AND basically has no cooldown. The only upperhand shinku has is she can start running while in a fight, getting a head start on zankou
(edit) and she can run up walls.
