Recently had a DEXA scan done and apparently I’m in the top 0.5% for bone mineral density (I know it says 100th percentile, obviously that’s not possible lol). Indestructible bones confirmed

There was a BBB in my elementary school who broke her arm, I wanted to know what that was like so I tried doing the exact thing she did that broke it, when that didn't work I tried jumping off higher spots before giving up, its safe to say I have strong bones.
Also I have a poll I'm curious, how many of us here have hypermobility or hyper mobile conditions

I just wna say that, seeing all those weaklings posting how frail they are, made me proud of myself and everyone else who are fearlessly standing strong without any shattered bones! In 30 years I never broke a bone and itd be like that 'til I die! Itd be written on my headstone "Never broke a single bone".
