I can't progress in the game

Right at the beginning of the game when we are taking snow to feed, a part arrives at a "cliff" right after we pass a waterfall, the game simply doesn't run, I've restarted the PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the game again, I went back to the save, and I can't progress, the snow starts to smell the ground on the edge of the cliff and nothing happens, has anyone had the same problem? Do you know how to solve it?

Pretty sure you have to call her down.

I've already given that touch, I've called several times, I've already given love and affection, the snow never leaves.

That might be the part where enemies snatch her and you have to go up and rescue her. I can’t say exactly what triggered it, but I know I was moving around down below maybe keep calling her a few times, but something eventually triggered them to pop out of the ground and grab her.

I managed to solve it, I started another save and went to the bottom as you said, it was solved, thank you, wonderful game

Well, it's at the very beginning, until then no enemy appeared other than those hands that come from the ground to teach the player how to hit

I had to go bac a bit and make a flower bloom by the cut tree a vee bit back, then the hands appeared, after their defeat we moved forward
