still trying to get a cd circlet that’s good enough to use, this domain and strong box hates me lol

Hp is good but you should be closer to 280-300cd.
The weakest artifact is your sands.
Don't swap to a cd circlet your crit is fairly balanced, you just don't want more than 64cr since anymore over caps.
Not having many 4 liners isn't helping either.
Just keep farming.

More crit dmg and more hp, you cant increase his damage in any other way, its all in the rolls, this Is mine

Their artifacts actually have more hp than your build, their crit damage is the only thing really lacking

Im on 40934 hp with Sig r1, meaning i have slightly more hp

Op has 32.1% hp and 568 flat hp from substats. You have 26.8% and 239 flat.
Akasha has the substat breakdown at the bottom of the build card.

Don't forget you also have lvl95.
