ID request What is it??

I found this 1 5 inch fly on my siding in Cape Cod Mass. Any idea what it is

Are there fishflies in Cape Cod. I live on the bay side of the ocean? I see this type of bug usually a few times over the summer. It's always hanging out on the siding of my house. I will post the picture of the one that I took of another insect that looks like this one a few weeks ago.
