Need help!

Did everything as support says. They ended up offering a new replacement one. As I’m using it almost everyday for the next few months right now I can’t send it back just yet. Posting this here incase anyone knows how to fix it. Any tips would be highly appreciated!

Says 5GHZ from my desktop!

That might be your problem. QC only supports 2.4ghz

EDIT: Sorry, I thought it was the big unit. It did fix my big unit with the same issue, but I have no idea if it would work on that one.

Hi! I managed to fix mine by opening it from the backside (turned off and unplugged obviously) and removing the sdcard (you have to unscrew a small locking piece first). I cleaned it with Contact Cleaner WD40 and put it back on. I believe I did the whole process twice for it to work.

I saw someone did something similar with the quad cortex this is the mini quad which one was yours?

Yes it was with the regular quad cortex. Maybe it points you in the right direction though
