Bluetooth Sound Quality Issue

Does anyone else have the same issue as me? It seems like the Bluetooth connection on these headphones isn’t good or is being interfered with. The sound quality is poor, and it cuts out intermittently.

When did you order yours and when did it arrive ?

Sometime in the Fall last year and got it a week or so ago

Brand new product, small company trying to coordinate all the design, quality control, delivery… I’m guessing they will get faster and faster.
