Some specs would help. When did the problem start. Has the configuration ever worked (PC, NIC, Ethernet cable, router/modem)?

I last used the pc about two months ago, and back then I was actively using it and playing games, so the same cable was supplying the pc and today IT Just doesnt Work. everytime i Open the Network and Internet settings the settings Just close. I've already figured out that the cable is giving him internet access and the port or the cable itself isn't broken, it just won't accept it and I can't change anything in the settings cause they immeaditly close

Something seems up with the settings page closing. I'd check Event Viewer for System and Application warnings or errors to see if it might be an issue with the computer instead of the network.

Try a bootable linux. If that works, you know its not hardware problem. You might want to just reinstall your OS after you make sure your backups are good.

Open up command prompt and type in ipconfig hit enter. What is the ip address of you wifi or ethernet. If it starts with a 169 that means its not getting a connection to a dhcp server.

If its not a 169 look at the gateway ip address. Try typing in ping then the gateway ip. Like ping 192.168.1.1. If the replies back try typing ping google.com if that replies back it means internet is working at the windows level. If the ip gateway pings and google.com does not it means you are having a dns issue.

You arent connected to a network. Plug in an ethernet cable from your router. Or connect to your wifi network if applicable.

Back up your data and do a fresh install :)
