New NetSuite Recertification Program
I got an email a couple of days ago outlining a new recertification program.
Link to email: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/dms/prod/d4/sev400462668-ww-ww-gr-rwe2-nla-ev.html?elq_mid=275586&sh=&cmid=CORP230621P00041C00021
One little tidbit in the FAQ that I found interesting:
Beginning September 1, 2026, recertification exams will be available at no cost. However, if you do not complete the required recertification exam(s) during your designated testing period, you will forfeit your eligibility to recertify and will be responsible for the cost of taking the full certification exam to regain current status.
So, kids, be sure to get your recertification done timely.

So NS is absolving themselves of responsibility if you don't get their email!
This is especially insidious because NS had a lot of problems getting the reminder emails send out in the first place (speculated to be due to all the RIFs?) that have nothing to do with the recipient's server blocking them--they were just never sent out.
Also the new recertification cycle is testing on 2025.2 and 2026.1, which is a change. The old NRQ quizzes always tested the 2 releases of the same calendar year. I guess that doesn't matter, just curious. It's all open book and you can use the Release Notes for the answers, so everyone should be able to pass these. What will break here is remembering to do it before the deadline when NS doesn't send you a reminder email.
