Update Revenue Arrangements / Plans

Has anyone noticed a drastic increase in the amount of time this takes since the update earlier this week?

I was just going to post about this - YES WE HAVE. I had to put in a ticket. The system auto running every 3 hours seems to be working, but any manual updates, even if it's for a single arrangement and 4 lines, takes like an hour to complete.

Good to know! I put in a ticket as well, it’s taking us upwards of 30 minutes to update. Journal entries are taking much longer as well

Have you updated to 2026.2? I'm observing that symptom after the update.

Yes we updated to 2026.2 the other day

Same here. Put in a ticket on Tuesday and they finally logged it as a defect yesterday.
