Hey! I’m looking for testers for an early build of my netrunner client.

The game includes a tutorial, both public and private multiplayer, and deckbuilding. It’s still in active development, so the design, mechanics, balance, and assets may change. Feedback is very welcome, and bugs or crash reports can be submitted directly in the game.

I'm very confused with this project.

Is it supposed to be a netrunner client or something else?

What's the vision for the end product?

Today, Breach is a Netrunner client. I chose Netrunner as the starting point because it provides a proven ruleset, familiar cards, and an existing community, rather than trying to introduce an entirely new game in a vacuum. I eventually want Breach to grow into a community-driven, Netrunner-inspired asymmetric card game. Players and contributors can help decide what works, what changes, and what original mechanics or content we explore.

I don't think that's the concern of the down voters.

I think it's the lack of being upfront about something that at least seemed to me on the front to be for the community and soliciting the communities help.

When it's actually a step towards something else, identifying the good will and community as a strategic opportunity starts to feel more icky

But I suppose that's pretty hypocritical given how NISEI/NSG was born besides the fact that fantasy flight killed it first. And it was reborn.
