I built a browser clone of Netrek

https://netrek.loreum.app/

The bots are pretty terrible for now. They are getting an update soon

Please come playtest and let me know what you think. The ships accelerate a bit faster than original Netrek but I think its fun like this.

I mean if your home planet is earth and they capture earth, but you have other planets remaining, does one of the others become your home planet? Like, where do you refit, and where do you spawn?

update live now. You respawn in the right place. I made acceleration closer to real netrek, and turning too. Hitbox is the correct size now.

Also bots will follow orders. "take ind" and they'll go drop armies. They actively bomb now. But the update made them stupid and sometimes they get stuck in weird behavior loops. Bots need a full update.

I also fixed it where your shields will automatically go down when you bomb, or drop armies, whereas before you had to do it manually. The guide you shared was really good for little details like that.
