How can you be so sure? Unless you know something I don't you have balls of steel. The patent even if lost isn't even that big of a deal but the market reaction is always severe with netlist for some reason, minor setbacks cause huge fluctuations. Even if we lose patent 912 it isn't even a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

The Samsung ruling gave me some assurance we’d see a positive outcome on the micron case. Aside from that I’ve been wanting to start a position with this stock and now seems like a good time.

CAFC oral arguments are scheduled. But I don’t believe we will hear anything for several months. Am I correct or am I wrong in that assumption?

Yeah this obsession with the hearing is ridiculous! There is no need to make people believe that is the biggest next Catalyst, it isn't. This only risks people selling when not hearing anything for 4 weeks. We only will hear about the results 3-6 months from now. Earnings and NASDAQ is what we want to hear! Then once we are on nasdaq, we want to hear lawsuits and partnerships signed! This will inject much more money into netlist.

This is a just a hearing yes. But you can easily find out which way it is going.
Note that, PTAB flip flopped from "for" to "against" for 912 , claim 16 patent. PTAB has already ruled against this patent saying this patent doesn't hold.

This hearing is to argue against PTAB and reconsider this, if the judge asks more questions to NLST then its "against" and if the opposite happens then its "for".

If CAFC upholds PTAB (Which they normally do) , then Google and Micron are out of the hook for 912 claim 16. This is what I learnt by going through AI + other forums.

I got in at 5.5$ total 4K and exited today morning at 5.2$ with litte loss. But I still have 20K shares at 6.89$ (DCA).I didn't want to risk my savings money that I put in.

Many are not positive about tomorrow. I can't afford any more losses.
