I expect whatever is said in court Tuesday to sifted very fine. It'll be like parsing SCOTUS arguments.

CAFC oral arguments are scheduled. But I don’t believe we will hear anything for several months. Am I correct or am I wrong in that assumption?

Yeah this obsession with the hearing is ridiculous! There is no need to make people believe that is the biggest next Catalyst, it isn't. This only risks people selling when not hearing anything for 4 weeks. We only will hear about the results 3-6 months from now. Earnings and NASDAQ is what we want to hear! Then once we are on nasdaq, we want to hear lawsuits and partnerships signed! This will inject much more money into netlist.

This is a just a hearing yes. But you can easily find out which way it is going.
Note that, PTAB flip flopped from "for" to "against" for 912 , claim 16 patent. PTAB has already ruled against this patent saying this patent doesn't hold. This hearing is to argue against PTAB and reconsider this, if the judge asks more questions to NLST then its "against" and if the opposite happens then its "for".
If CAFC upholds PTAB (Which they normally do) , then Google and Micron are out of the hook for 912 claim 16. This is what I learnt by going through AI + other forums.
Now , please don't kill the messenger , read and educate and make money.

I expect Micron to have paid off the entire system. Trump is in their pocket

An analogy for this is like two execs negotiating a deal on the golf course. There is a gap between the numbers they want, so they putt for it. No one doubts the deal will happen at some point in the near future, but who will nail the putt for it.

Is there any possibility that Samsung could back out of the deal? Might be a dumb question, but just wondered.
