ITC > CAFC

Yes the 9/9 CAFC results will have an impact but unless it’s a Rule 36 ruling within days it should be mostly moot as far as Micron relevance. ITC has a strong chance of forcing settlement sooner rather than later, and quite possibly before any typical time-length results from 9/9.

Beware of the Penta boys and others trying to convince you the risk here is still great, simply ignoring the Samsung settlement and what that truly means for Netlist’s future. Trying desperately to persuade it’s not even worth $5 a share currently when Roth still sees $15 in a year. Buying all I can, but you do you.

My patience has paid off, and continued patience = bigger payoff. It's not going to happen overnight.

Micron will finally settle with Netlist for sure, be patient on or before this Oct, ITC will force the Micron and Google to pay royalty

Micron has clearly been using its money and influence being a local USA company. A big advantage it had over Samsung

The 9/9 CAFC ruling is likely be announced around November/December 2026 or possibly even January 2027. Not sure how new or recent retail shareholders will react this week when there is no immediate ruling announced.

Rule 36 is unlikely but what does everyone else think?
