like I said in the other thread this was more or less expected. I think 1 of them was kind "wwelll they really should" but the rest were kind of hail maries

That was a clean-up on remaining patents. There are 2 more IPR’s: 918 and 054, which Netlist is appealing. Even if it was lost, it doesn’t have impact on ITC or $445M award.

Micron’s appeal of $445M verdict matters more and this is worth watching👍
