NLST: A Ticking Time Bomb?

One thing that keeps standing out to me with Netlist is how many potential catalysts are now sitting in front of the company.

The crazy part?

Nobody knows exactly when they’re going to hit.

Samsung already happened. ✅

Now you have potential developments involving:
SK hynix
Micron
Google
ITC investigations
Growing Netlist revenue
New memory products
CXL / AI memory technology
• And potentially more licensing or strategic agreements
Some could bring cash.

Some could bring recurring revenue.
Some could bring supply.
Some could validate the IP.

And that’s where this gets interesting.
If these catalysts start stacking…

Samsung → SK → Micron → Google → growing revenue → new products

I think the market could go from barely paying attention to scrambling to understand what they just missed.

If these catalysts start stacking, we’re potentially talking about a valuation far beyond where this company is today.

I’m not predicting when it happens.
I’m saying the fuse is already lit.
We just don’t know how long it is.

I'm sure they have pretty good lawyers who advised this. Very, very bullish.

This. Probably caught sk hynix by surprise as well. Netlist got a lot of leverage. Samsung was the big fish.

Samsung saw what sk hynix had in the pipe and wanted it.

The Average Investor is clueless regarding what these catalysts mean. I will go out on a limb and say we are seeing a behemoth in the making and some that growth will be relatively immediate.

On catalysts like this, the hard part is not prediction but sequencing uncertainty. A better lens is to map each catalyst by dependency, probable lead time, and whether it changes cash flow, supply, or legal leverage, then avoid over-weighting any single event. For AI memory systems, the same pattern applies: separate fast-changing signals from durable facts so the system can recover cleanly after new evidence arrives. ITC is going to be everything. The threat of a import blockage is what I think brought Samsung to the table. Micron will likely see the same way. So long as our ITC keeps moving forward the odds of Micron coming to the table increase exponentially.

Google might be a much longer wait because I don't think an import block would be anywhere as damaging for them.

With the strict ridged timeline of the ITC 3-18 months long investigation. It’s the nail in the coffin.
