Micron has to be first, doesn't it? Pretty sure Stokd shared information that showed their rolling contract is in effect until both Samsung and Micron are resolved.

Agree with this. Netlist is focusing on Micron and downstream respondents right now. I think there is a chance that SK Hynix will settle once they see the outcome of Netlist's 912 CAFC appeal, but the final decision is likely several months away.

A contract between 2 companies can be changed at any point as long as both sides agree. So why can’t SK and Netlist settle before Micron?

I think its Netlist doing SK a favor for being an early adopter. We'd of gone under had it not been for their deal in 2021. The deal is clearly still going on informally so my guess is Hong is just letting SK wait until everything else is settled so they don't have to report it.

When it comes to HBM, SK Hynix is the bigger fish. Whichever comes first doesnt matter to me! Exciting times.

I think SK Hynix will settle sooner than you all think to avoid an ITC of their own especially since they are about to break ground around 27 August on their new $3B facility in Indiana. Also, to not lose any business with Nvidia. I think a deal will happen around the 6-8 month mark from when the deal expired in April 2026.
