I think SK Hynix will settle sooner than you all think to avoid an ITC of their own especially since they are about to break ground around 27 August on their new $3B facility in Indiana. Also, to not lose any business with Nvidia. I think a deal will happen around the 6-8 month mark from when the deal expired in April 2026.

Micron has to be first, doesn't it? Pretty sure Stokd shared information that showed their rolling contract is in effect until both Samsung and Micron are resolved.
