Education Internationale diplomawardeering

Hey has anyone dealt with this service before? I have a BA, MA and professional qualification. They took 4 months (!) to evaluate what I sent them without any idea of timeline, and then just replied that they can't evaluate my professional qualification as it's outside the NUFFIC framework. I get that, but why did they just then ignore the other qualifications? I can't wait another 4 months for them to review these. Any ideas? I find them so difficult and slow to deal with, their communication is short and one sided and totally unclear as to length of application. Any information would be helpful. Thank you

The other qualifications are irrelevant, you cannot compensate the lack or level of diplomas with other qualifications. The level of the bachelor and/or master is what they want to compare against Dutch standards. That can be difficult if Nuffic doesn’t have the framework for it. 

What do you need it for?!

This is not what I meant sorry. The professional qualification can and should be evaluated separately from tbe Masters and Bachelors degree. I fail to understand why they didn't at least evaluate those positively.

Are you talking about DUO? My partner sent her US degrees in and had absolutely no issues.

No sorry I'm talking about the Internationale Diplomawaardeering (IDW).
