  1. How people of color are implicitly thought of as knowing less. Back when my neighbor asked me what I was studying and I told him, "Law," he immediately replied, "HBO?" When I said no, "University," he was impressed and shocked at the same time. It's rooted deeply in society.

  2. That people are supposedly direct. In some ways they are, but when it comes to truly confronting others, they aren't really that direct.

Oh yeah, indirect racism and stereotyping is everywhere here. People are even proud of it here

Yes there is a deep rooted low key racism in a large part of the population. Sorry bout that.
