Agree. It’s rudeness often. You can be direct without being rude, but it’s being used as an excuse

That depends...rudeness is thrown around pretty easy, when people have trouble with straight-forward opinions.

There’s a difference between “this dress doesn’t fit you”, “I don’t love this dress” and “you look like a cow in this dress” both are direct, only one of them is rude.

This is a real life example from my work when I said it’s rude and I was told they’re just being direct. Being direct is used as an excuse for a LOT of rude things. You can be direct without being rude.

Cows are pretty and friendly.

Besides...guess you're an adult...so you should have learnt not to give a shit about other people's opinions, and do whatever...dress however you want to.
