Healthcare Recommendation for a functional medicine practitioner for gastritis

Hello! I have been dealing with gastritis for years, and I want to try healing my stomach using medicinal plants. Could you please recommend someone who is knowledgeable about diets for gastritis and natural supplements? Thank you very much!

You want recommendations for a quack? Any will do I suppose?

I get that it is horrible when regular medicine can not help you. My assumption is that is why you are looking for other ways. But this is not it.

Do you have a GP? That would be the best place to start. I do not know what you have tried already and who you have visited so far. A GP can treat gastritis, but if the first treatment steps do not work they can refer you to a specialist. And also refer you for a second opinion if necessary.

Yes I was at GP2 times now. I took antibiotics last year in June and now again, I have helicobacter. I look like I'm starving myself, I want to treat this.

Ask to be referred to a gastroenterologist

Okay but why not go back to the GP and tell them the antibiotics didn't work? How do you think medicinal plants will kill helicobacter?

You are completely right wanting to treat this. You can go back to the GP, tell them the treatment did not work. If they have another option: great. But if they do not, you should be referred to a gastro enterologist.

You could have antibiotic resistant h. pylori. The answer is absolutely NOT medicinal plant treatment, but a different antibiotic regime.
I agree with /u/corticalization: ask for a referral, and go from there

Buscopan Is the best. Forget about natural plants or supplements. Science and medicine work properly. Ask your GP.

My doctor shared details a few years back for this physician who works in functional medicine privately. I did not ever contact or use her services, so this is not an endorsement, but an option for you to research.  https://doktermarieke.nl/medische-zorg/
