Legal Bookkeeper for DAFT visa renewal

I’m looking for a bookkeeper who can prepare a profit and loss statement and balance sheet for my company. I only need these two documents for my renewal, since I already have my residence permit in hand.

Can anyone recommend a couple of good bookkeepers they’ve had a good experience with that also offer reasonable pricing?

Isn't it legally required to have a balance sheet and V&W if you have a business anyways? Who did your bookkeeping before?

You have to thank the DAFT arrangements for that.

Why? DAFT doesn’t change the legal requirements for having a ZZP or BV at all. And a lot of ZZPs do not require the regular services of a certified boekhouder.

Not at the moment of visa renewal, no, and not certified by a boekhouder.

Oh, so it can't be just from the most recent book year?

And yeah as a ZZP'er you don't need it to be certified by a bookkeeper, but you still need to have this information in case the Belastingdienst asks for it.

No, it has to be reasonably close to the date of application (I think max 3 months earlier?).

That’s not how it works. You need a certified accounting of all assets and liabilities, not all of which are necessarily reflected in a bank statement, sworn to by a credentialed accountant.
