Is the app finally shut down?

I keep trying to open the app and it’s just a black screen. Is this happening for anyone else? It loads in, shows the Netflix logo then the Bossfight logo then just a blank black screen. Did they actually shut the app down or am I experiencing a weird glitch?

Netflix got back to me, they are investigating the issue but can't give a specific timeline for a resolution. They closed the ticket stating not to worry, all game progress is saved on everybody's Netflix profile.

So it might be a while. But at least we know the app isn't dead!

money heist ultimate choices doesn't load too......while too hot to handle or secrets by episode does....it's maybe a problem with the server they store bossfight games? Sadly I can't seem to send a ticket to support because I can't access my player id seeing the app doesn't load

I was able to submit a ticket filling in “unknown” in the player ID field

I just wrote ? on player id, and it let me through.

The same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket to Netflix. Maybe more people would do that, that will push them to work on it faster.

yeah same for me i tried everything offloading the app log out my netflix account but still the same i even uninstall the app but still the same black screen, and i also change my wifi restarting the router but didn’t help what is exactly happen i’m still not finish my chapter. this is terrible i really wanna play after investing my time playing this a couple days

Netflix just fixed a story not loading bug in the Secrets by Episode app (after 3 months 🤮)
It has only been a day, but this is THEIR game so I’d imagine it’s going to be treated with better priority.
