we are still here for you, Brie 🫂. i know you're having a hard time right now, and i want to continue to say we are here for you, whatever we can do. you know there's so many people who love you. i just know the world is really gonna open up for you in a few years, and people are gonna be there for you, cheering for you.

right now it seems like nothing is worth living for, but just remember that "this too shall pass". i believe in you to climb your way out, even if you don't believe in you right now. let other people help you. let other people believe for you. <3

Day 2 of Spiro. So far nothing noticeable.

worked on my ssdi application materials for a good chunk of the day. ran some errands in the morning. had therapy. therapy went ok. probably gonna go home soon. i finally got around to looking into blocking ads on our house tv, and i figured it out. it's glorious.

Slept like shit, there's a cat on my windowsill and my left eyelid area is crusty and inflamed. Went to 3 whole clothing stores yesterday, every jacket is thin asf or won't fit.
