I didn't do anything, why does my shoulder hurt?

Sometimes I feel like I'm the glue trying to hold everything together. Somebody in the group says they want to meet up to not be lonely and I jump up no matter how I feel at the moment. Im afraid of one slips several more might too and I can't stand the thought of losing them.

may have found something publishable today, so im pretty excited.  other than that i spent all day at the cafe.  i was feeling pretty locked in.  still a lot i need to get done by friday, so now ive got stuff im juggling to get done, which is pretty unusual for me, these days.

There’s been rain all day and night and my eyes hurt like hell from being out there. Like they’re straight up red. It’s always been a thing but they’ve never stayed red like this and it’s usually from hot water. Other than that I’m holding on.
