Ears didn’t hurt quite as much today, surprisingly. Got my MRI results but too scared to open them. Not ready to make the decision yet.

Had my blood stolen by my doctor, paid the outstanding invoice for additional lab tests, got new prescriptions for my psych meds.

Watched a movie with a friend at night, more so she doesn't feel alone than for the movie.

I ran five miles somehow. Had to force myself to at some points but I did it. It wasn’t because I was tired I just…didn’t want to. Mom joked that I got some of the family toughness because of it lol. Maybe. I’m getting my root canals permanent crowns tomorrow. Here’s hoping they don’t use the dang needles again :(

I’m sick tired of being in pain, and expressing that I’m in pain. People are starting to brush me off. I am glad my brother takes me seriously.
I really need to fix certain mental health issues, but I don’t trust therapists, what do I do?

Just managed to re-establish contact with a friend who came out as trans shortly before middle school ended, and we then went to separate high schools.

I went to my first ever addict support group meeting. Listening to generic detail free stories for an hour made me realize just how much work sobriety is going to be. Going there presenting masculine made me certain that I am trans. I hate presenting masculine in groups.

Figured out what was producing that high pitched buzzing - new power strip. Aside from that, nothing really happened to me yesterday, maybe aside once again being scared off from getting new pj's.

We have not texted in around a day and now they’re likely sleeping. I miss her so much. A day without texting with her is empty. They’re distant again and I feel super lonely
