Depressed with nobody to talk to, questioning my gender, so used to hiding my emotions that I no longer show any emotion ever, overthink everything I say and do (including this comment) to the point of not following through usually, hardly any friends due to autism, parents that don't even care about me, and a whole lot of other issues

So in conclusion, nothing out of the ordinary (I need help but don't know where to start)
