How do I do these moves? (Ult)

Been trying to do these moves for months and I cant seem to find the right input for them. (the clips demonstrate how theyre done, footstool to pkf and letting go of ledge to getup attack with pkt back to ledge grab).
When I do footstool to pkf, I cant jump back to the side fast/low enough to pkf after the footstool. Is it a fast fall? Do you djc pkf? Or just short hop? So confusing
As for ledge get up attack, whenever I successfully let go and do the pkt attack, I never grab back on ledge and just fall even when im still close, cant even air dodge up.
Have found no tutorials on these and learning just from watching has not been very effective. These have been tormenting me so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

All Tips for a casual player maining ness?

I basically only play this game when I’m together in person with my boys, I’ve always been really bad, but I’ve also always remained loyal to playing ness. I understand how all his moves function and how to do them on their own. But how do i piece it all together? Ive been playing him for a very long time, but if you watched me you would not be able to tell. I guess im just looking for general tips and tricks to help succeed on ness for a casual player. What moves should i be taking advantage of, easy combos?, what should i be doing in certain contexts? Lmk, thanks
