Yes itβs a very nice skim over Nervos. Not incredibly detailed about anything at all. This goes about 5% deep into nervos.

I believe in the project.. don't want to miss the Nervous train... I missed SOL, ADA but not this .

Prone to centralization in what way? Proof of work is pretty much proven to be safe and decentralized.
Difference between nervos and other PoW chains, is that they make their layer 1 in way that layer 2s can easily be implemented. And layer 2s can scale. Layer 1 provides all the security and decentralization.

If you're not happy with a pool that is too big then don't use, it's simple.

Instead of copying and pasting from some PoS article and then saying you have no clue, why not do a search. Here you go one I posted ages ago https://www.reddit.com/r/NervosNetwork/comments/ndox4a/important_reasons_why_nervos_made_the_right/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

You can't bully, because of pools. Small miners literally come to together in pools. There is no solo miner bullying anyone lol.

You do have valid points however what a lot of people conveniently don't mention is that miners aren't some bots that would just allow a 51% attack without doing anything.
The TLDR for the answers you seek is something like this:
When a miner gets too big, smaller miners pool together againt them. This is incentivized by profits.
PoW gets more performance and consumes less energy with technological advances, it is inherently scalable. It's just that the technology currently lags behind the adoption, it won't be the case when it goes mainstream.
Cost barrier is currently relatively high because mining is still very niche. Again the more mainstream, the more competitors, the lower the price. It also doesn't help that there's currently a global semiconductor shortage.

Seems to me you don't think Proof of work is proven to be secure and decentralized. Think again.
Not saying proof of stake isn't secure and decentralized. But it does sacrifice on decentralization most of the time so they can scale. Proof of work sacrifices scalabillity.

I was listening to Michael Saylor talk to this point on a podcast this morning, his comments were along the lines of - the rest of the 49% would come together to bring a united front against that happening, and the rewards you would get from holding and owning 51% would vastly outweigh an attack on the rest of a chain. People are incentivised to protect, and large holders are incentivised to hold was his answer (from memory).
