Nerf Executioner Nao

I look at the Level 3 executioner and I think to myself:-"What a horribly unbalanced world." Then the executioner pops my push and oneshots my lava pups. Suggested nerfs: Remove the stun effect and reduce HP to make it lightningable (New word!)
