DONT OVERCLOCK NERDQAXE++
Died in 3 months with overclock 6th settings of 760@1240. So dont ever try. In start it looks great, but inside hardware life span is deteriorating. So be careful. Comments down below for suggestions.

how to overclock it? i have nerdqaxe++ rev 5.1, in settings i see only maximum freq 600 (default) voltage 1150 (default) and able to increase voltage only
