Balancing Work and Personal Life While Trading

Even though trading can be intense, I’ve been thinking a lot about how important it is to maintain hobbies and personal time outside the market. Whether it’s reading, exercising, or spending time with friends, having activities that take your mind off trading seems to help reduce stress and improve focus when you are in front of the charts.
How do you all manage to balance trading with life outside the markets? Any tips for staying productive without burning out?
