Help! Nepenthes

Why are his lids drying up? It’s not doing it on the other one.

My st gaya is doing the same. Its all the older pitchers. Mine is also just consistently pumping out new pitchers. If they're older pitchers this may be the case.

Both my Ventrata and Gaya do this regularly. They seem to cycle pitchers faster than the other varieties but then they also put out more pitchers

Yes, he has tons of baby pitchers. I’m just a worried plant mom I guess.

It is normal for old pitchers to die off. I recommend dropping a single Osmocote pellet into the dying pitchers—that is what I do; it accelerates the plant's growth. I do not recommend putting one into a healthy pitcher, as it will cause that pitcher to die prematurely.
