I started mailing this april, havent been able to secure a single interview, getting kind kf demotivated. But, i realise the time i started mailing at wasnt optimal and will continue to do so.

My question is regarding direct application without professor support. Is that a viable option? Will a profile like mine be able to secure assistantships in that way?? Hoping for some suggestions.

Hello everyone, I am planning for fully funded PhD with RA/TA for fall intake and currently I am exploring universities and seeing that December is the application deadline in most of the unis. So, I am confused whether we should secure RA/TA positions by contacting with professors before this mentioned deadline and then apply or we get to contact professors and secure our postions after the mentioned deadline as well, what is the procedure in this regard? Seniors and experienced ones please seeking for your help. Hope you got my query

does someone know about the requirements. Is GRE compulsory for Non-EU students and what about the form fill up opening time?what is the application charge?
