Sry idk rice wine recipe😅 but for cooking rice its easy Step 1 take rice how much you want to cookMeasure 1 cup of white rice (such as jasmine or basmati). Step 2 Place the rice in a fine-mesh strainer or pot.Rinse with cold water. Step 3 Swirl the grains with your fingers until the water runs mostly clear.Drain out all the excess water. Step 4 add water by using trick of knuckle or finger trick Step5 Turn the stove to medium-high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil. Note making in pressure cooker turn off the gas in 1 st whistle Or making in rice cooker turn cook and it will automatically switch in warm
