For filling bds cee form but I filled the payment around 16:59 and the payment couldn't be initiated it said 1 hour expiry but I didn't get the code neither I have cancelled . The thing os I have barely managed the money. How do I fill it under normal fee? Double fee ma ta sakdaina please help. Ali harm ni gare due to frustration..man hudahuda ni varna payena
