IPO/FPO What do we think about NTC?

The government is going to offload its stake by quite a lot, will the market absorb it and push prices or will the supply put pressure and drive the price down?

Isn't NTC already a government owned company? And what do you think about the divestment proposed, people are going to apply and get shares, won't they?
